Toyota began its final tests 2009 Prius hybrid model of the third generation.
A new generation of the popular hybrid will be in the U.S. for three cm shorter than the current model, but at the same 2.5 cm wider. As an option Toyota Prius to be equipped with solar panels that provide additional food for an air conditioning system and the various electronic systems. Prius 3 hybrid will be used old drive Hybrid Synergy Drive, but the car equipped upgraded engine volume of 1.8 litres, which will cost more powerful and simultaneously at 40 hp.
